Downtown Grand Rapids campaign

A local real estate company wanted to capitalize on the high volume of visitors during Art Prize. They asked the Gravity Alliance — including Hanon McKendry — to come up with ideas for to promote moving businesses downtown. One of the ideas that Hanon Mckendry pitched was Stephan Hokanson’s “Potential.” The idea was to label high visibility areas of the City, including buildings owned by the real estate company, as having “potential” and then paying it off with a definition of what the potential was.
